An abundance of studies confirm that regular exercise helps prevent falls and fractures, reduce the risk of strokes, heart disease, and some cancers, lessen cognitive decline and control obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Play By Design offers a variety of Elder Wellness and Fitness Equipment designed to help improve a range of muscles and motion. The equipment can be used as a rehabilitation tool, or as an everyday exercise to improve overall health. Each wellness station has been designed to target a specific area. Play By Design offers a range of accessible wellness equipment. The accessible equipment can be used by a wheelchair bound person to enhance their everyday exercises, some of the stations can be used by both able and disable bodied persons.

Press
